On August 10, Kim Hyun Joong was invited to appear at the finale for the East Japan Earthquake Charity Concert at the “2012 Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival” in Tokyo, Japan. Held annually, the festival attracts about 150,000 to 200,000 people and is considered one of the three biggest fireworks festivals.
Kim Hyun Joong not only was invited as a special guest for the finale stage, but he was also given the longest time slot in the line-up. The star performed his popular single “Let’s Party”, followed by “Heat” and “Breakdown”. He performed a total of seven songs and despite the heat, he showcased powerful, live performances, which received positive response from the audience.
After the performance, Kim Hyun Joong thanked his fans and left the stage under the bright lights of the fireworks shooting up into the sky.
