[4D NEWS] 062411 Kim Hyun Joong releases a photo with the trophy he won for ranking top on a music-ranking show
On the June 23 episode of M countdown, Kim conquered the summit two weeks in a row with “Break Down,” the title song from his first solo min-album. In the photo, he is holding the winner’s trophy in a hand, wearing sunglasses and a low-cut black leather jacket.
Fans who saw the photo said: “You seem to get sexier and sexier over time.” “Congrats! Let’s go dominate all the music shows!” “I can’t take my eyes off your sexy outfit.” “You’re unbelievably handsome.”
On June 7, Kim released his first solo album, entitled Break Down, after one-year concerted efforts of shuttling between the U.S. and Korea. He tried to elevate the level of the album through direct participation in every aspect of the entire process.
The title track, “Breakdown,” is a south-urban dance piece based on the powerful, dynamic sound of electronic brass and synthesizer, which was originally designed to set his charismatic dance performance off to advantage.
